It’s no surprise that one of the most common New Year resolutions is to lose weight and the first thing that come out of people’s mouths are “DIET.”  I really dislike the word DIET because it totally sets a person up for failure!  No one wants to feel deprived and a DIET is a short term fix!!

If you want to lose weight easily without going hungry, find yourself with more energy and keep those pounds away once and for all you need to incorporate a clean eating lifestyle.  By eating clean you will be eating more food and calories so you won’t feel hungry or deprived.  You will also find an increased metabolism using my meal plans because of the timing and food combinations.
