Avocado Chipotle Dressing


This is a great dressing from the Hard Corps Nutrition Guide!  Use it to spice up your salad or use as a sauce on your turkey sandwich or burger.    It comes together quickly and fits into the 21 day fix program.

Ingredients:
1/4  c        water
5 Tbsp      extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp      fresh lemon juice
1               medium avocado, cut into chunks
1              canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce,
                cut into chunks, with 2 tsp adobo sauce
1 clove    garlic, coarsely chopped
1 tsp        sea salt or Himalayan salt

1.  Place water, oil, lemon juice, avocado, chile, sauce, garlic, and salt in blender; cover.
     Blend until smooth.

Fix counts: 1 orange
